Instructor Internship Program

Become a Molchanovs Freediving Instructor — no upfront fees, just real experience

Ready to turn your love for freediving into a life-changing career? Our Instructor Internship Program at Camiguin Freediving is your gateway to becoming a certified Molchanovs W2I Instructor — with no upfront payment required. Train, teach, and transform your skills while living on one of the most breathtaking islands in the Philippines.

  • 1-Month Intensive Instructor Course

Begin your journey with a one-month deep dive into instructor-level training. You'll complete the full Molchanovs Wave 2 Instructor Course (W2I) while learning hands-on with experienced mentors by your side. This isn’t just theory — you'll be immersed in real scenarios, gaining the knowledge, skills, and confidence you need to become a professional freediving instructor.

  • 3 Months Real Teaching Experience

After certification, you'll transition into teaching real students in open water — gaining hands-on experience while working toward paying off your ₱62,500 course fee. Instead of an upfront payment, you’ll teach for 3 months (or until your full course fee is covered through teaching credits). It’s a unique opportunity to grow as an instructor, build your confidence, and earn your certification through dedication and real-world application.

  • Live the Freediver’s Dream in Paradise

Trade city life for volcanic peaks, coral reefs, and slow island mornings. During your internship, you’ll live on Camiguin — a laid-back island rich in nature and community. With warm water, incredible marine biodiversity, and daily access to the ocean, it’s the perfect place to reset, reconnect, and fully embrace the freediving lifestyle.

Couldn’t have found a better mentor and friend than kuya Robert.

I did my instructor training with him in 2024 and ended up loving the culture, the island and all the beautiful people orbiting the school so much I ended up staying the rest of the year!

You will not regret choosing Camiguin Freediving, best decision I ever made!
